Health & Safety
To ensure a safe and rejuvenating experience, all guests using the sauna must adhere to the following:
-
Health Precautions: Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or who are pregnant should consult a physician before use. If you feel dizzy, nauseous, or lightheaded, exit the sauna immediately.
-
Hydration: It is highly recommended to drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session to prevent dehydration.
-
Time Limits: We recommend sessions of no more than 15–20 minutes at a time. Always take breaks in a cool area between heat cycles.
-
Alcohol & Substances: The use of alcohol, drugs, or certain medications prior to or during your sauna session is strictly prohibited, as they can lead to loss of consciousness or dangerous changes in blood pressure.
-
Supervision: Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the sauna without constant adult supervision.
-
Usage Policy: Please do not pour excessive amounts of water on the sauna stones (if applicable) and never place flammable objects on or near the heater.
