1. General Respect & Property Care

Respect the Space: Guests are expected to treat the property, gardens, and facilities with care and consideration.
Damage Policy: While we expect "normal wear and tear," guests are legally and financially responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or equipment that exceeds standard daily usage.

2. Cleaning & Departure Prep

To help our housekeeping team prepare for the next guest, please follow these checkout procedures:

Linens: Upon departure, please strip used beds/towels and collect all linens into a single pile.
Waste: Ensure all trash is placed in the provided garbage containers.
Dishes (Overnight Guests): If you are staying overnight, please wash, dry, and put away all dishes used during your stay.
Dishes (3-Hour Sauna Session): If you are visiting for a sauna session only, you may leave used dishes neatly by the kitchen sink.

3. Area Access & Restrictions

The Bedroom: The bedroom area is strictly reserved for overnight guests only.
Sauna-Only Sessions: For guests booked for a 3-hour sauna experience, the bedroom will remain unavailable and off-limits.

4. Agreement

By booking a session or stay, you agree to abide by these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees or charges for damages.
